1. ICREATE SKILL FEST 

I create skill fest is Africa’s biggest vocational skill event. It is designed to create a conscious awareness for skill development while bridging the gap between unemployment and entrepreneurship and prepare the youth workforce for skills of the future. I CREATE SKILL FEST is set to act as a catalyst in promoting the advancement of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in Africa.

Create an environment that encourages phenomenal display of talents and skills, Intense Panel discussion about the future of skills featuring Government Parastatals, Organizations and industry experts. The skill fest brings together the excitement and energy of young emerging workforce and the proactive organizations who understand that engaging youth is the best strategy for addressing labour challenge

One of the objectives for the skill fest is to transform skills to business. The Business pitch is a platform that gives Skilled Professionals, creatives and start-ups the opportunity to pitch a potential, innovative and profitable business idea to a panel of investors for profitable investment.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Internship Program is designed to connect students & graduates with brands and organizations to learn, gain experience and familiarize with the Labour Market. This program will begin and continue after the SKILL FEST, where students and unemployed youth will stand a chance to register with interested organizations for internship programs.

TRY A SKILL

Is an interactive program that allows the participants to try their hand at various skill trades. The attendees of this event get to have hands-on experience of any skill of their choice, during the event.

GET EMPLOYED

A platform that connects unemployed skilled personnel with employers from reputable organizations. We have provided a private interview studio for employers to run interviews with unemployed skilled personnel.
